Personal Data: Name, email, phone number, and date of birth (to verify 18+ legal age requirements).
Transaction Data: Details of Tribe Coin purchases, event ticket bookings, and premium service unlocks.
Location Data: Real-time GPS data to help you find the nearest Tribe-affiliated bars and manage valet "Safe Passage" requests.
Interaction Data: Your song requests in "The Jukebox," participation in "Bar Battles," and "Tribe Shout-outs" displayed on bar screens.
3. Use of Information
We use your data to:
- Operate your "Tribe Hub" and facilitate real-time bar services.
- Personalize your experience with "Tribe Vault" offers based on your "Rainmaker" status or preferences.
- Facilitate "Safe Passage" and valet services using your car's unique identification code.
- Communicate via WhatsApp or Push Notifications regarding your check-in status and coin balances.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Social Features
Features like Shout-outs and Chat are designed for community engagement. By using them, you agree to the following:
- Public Display: Shout-outs and song requests may be displayed publicly on bar screens.
- Prohibited Content: Nudity, hate speech, harassment, or illegal content is strictly forbidden.
- Moderation: We use automated tools to monitor "Tribe Talk" and Shout-outs. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate the membership of any user violating these rules without a refund.
- Intellectual Property: You grant ABO-Tribe a royalty-free license to display any content you submit via the app within our partner venues.
5. Payments & Security
All financial transactions are encrypted. Payments for Tribe Coins and Event Tickets are processed via secure third-party gateways and are non-refundable as per our Payment Terms.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no electronic transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your Tribe account credentials confidential.
6. Third-Party Services
Our app integrates with third-party services for payments, location mapping, and advertisements. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
