1. Introduction

Welcome to the ABO-Tribe Business Suite. This policy outlines how we handle data for our Bar and Restaurant partners. Our services include billing software, valet parking solutions, QR-based ordering, and the Event/Offer Management Platform.

3. User-Generated Content (Promotions & Events)

As a Business Owner, you are solely responsible for the content of your Flash Drops, Tribe Vault offers, and Event listings.

• Accuracy: You must ensure that event dates, prices, and offer conditions (like "1+1 on drinks") are accurate. ABO-Tribe is not liable for customer disputes arising from incorrect offer data.
• IP Rights: By uploading artist photos or logos for events, you warrant that you have the right to use such material and grant us a license to display it to Tribe members.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any event listing or promotion that contains prohibited content (adult material, hate speech, or illegal activities).

4. Use of Data

We use owner-provided data to:

• Process ticket sales for your events and settle payments to your registered bank account.
• Display your live "Bar Stats" and "Rainmaker" lists in your owner dashboard.
• Manage valet parking queues and "Safe Passage" logs for your venue.
• Verify your business against local licensing laws (18+ compliance).

5. Third-Party Sharing & Ecosystem Partners

To provide a seamless experience, your data is shared with essential service providers:

• ERP & Cloud: ERPNext and Frappe Cloud for database management.
• Financials: Payment Gateways (for ticket sales) and Banking APIs (for settlements).
• Communication: WhatsApp Business API (Twilio/SMSCountry) to alert you of new bookings or valet requests.
• Legal: We may disclose data if required by the laws of Tamil Nadu or to comply with a court order.

6. Non-Refundable Payments

All software subscription fees, premium feature unlocks, and coin-package commissions paid by the Business Owner to ABO-Tribe are non-refundable.
