1. Responsibility of Users
Users of the AllBarOne - Bar/Restaurant Software Application ("the Application") have the ability to generate content through various features, such as offers, promotions, daily menu submissions, and special items. Users are solely responsible for the content they create, submit, or share through the Application.
2. Guidelines for User-Generated Content
Users are expected to adhere to the following guidelines when creating and submitting content:
2.1 Prohibited Content
- Nudity, sexually explicit material, or any form of adult content.
- Hate speech, discriminatory or offensive language.
- Harassment, bullying, or threats against individuals or groups.
- False or misleading information.
- Illegal or infringing content.
2.2 Membership Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the membership of users who repeatedly violate these guidelines. Membership termination may occur without prior notice, and no refund will be provided for any fees paid.
2.3 Complaints and Reporting
Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate or offensive content to our support team. We take user complaints seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and/or terminating the membership of the responsible user.
2.4 Moderation
We may employ content moderation tools and measures to monitor and review user-generated content. However, users should be aware that we cannot guarantee the immediate removal of all objectionable content.
2.5 Intellectual Property
Users must not submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. By submitting content, users warrant that they have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.
3. Consequences for Violation
- Removal of the content in question.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of account privileges.
- Legal action for severe violations.
4. Nudity and Explicit Content
Users are expressly prohibited from posting nudity, sexually explicit pictures, or any form of adult content. Violation of this rule may result in immediate content removal and membership termination.
5. Changes to Guidelines
We reserve the right to update and modify the guidelines for user-generated content at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
3. Usage Information
We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the Application, including:

Payments made through the Application are non-refundable. Users are encouraged to review transaction details carefully before making payments.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure. Users provide information at their own risk.
Third-Party Services
Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these services. In order to offer you services, your data will be shared with other receivers. Even though we try to keep it to a minimum, there are situations when it becomes necessary to share your data with specific service providers. When and why your data is shared, for instance, depends on the data center or hosting service, email marketing service, etc. Your data will probably be shared with the recipients listed below so we can provide you with our services.
- ERPNext, Payment Gateways, Cloud provider, VTS Vendors, Content Partners, etc., are examples of third-party services.
- SMTP servers from third parties, email service providers like SendGrid, SMS providers like SMSCountry, Twilio, Whatsapp service providers, etc.
To Adhere to Laws: In response to a request for information, if we have reason to think that disclosing is permitted or required by any relevant law, rule, or legal process, we may do so.
