1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions manage your use of the ABO-Tribe platform, including our website (abotribe.com) and the ABO-Tribe mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Tribe Hub").

By engaging with the Tribe Hub, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written herein. You must not use our services if you disagree with any of these standard terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, ABO-Tribe and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Tribe Hub, including branding, UI/UX design, and proprietary "Bar Service" features.

You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing material and utilizing in-service functionalities (e.g., Tribe Shout-outs, Song Requests, and Fast Track).

4. Prohibited Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Publishing any Tribe Hub material in any other media without prior consent.
• Selling, sublicensing, or commercializing any app-specific data or features.
• Using the Tribe Hub in any way that is damaging or impacts user access.
• Engaging in data mining, harvesting, or extracting in relation to the platform.
• Using the platform for unauthorized advertising or marketing.

Any user ID and password you may have for this Tribe Hub are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality at all times.

5. Your Content

"Your Content" shall mean any audio, video, text (Shout-outs), or images you choose to display via the platform. By displaying Your Content, you grant ABO-Tribe a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute it across our media displays (e.g., bar screens).

Your Content must be your own and must not invade any third-party's rights. ABO-Tribe reserves the right to remove any of Your Content—including song requests or shout-outs—at any time without notice if deemed inappropriate.

6. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Tribe Hub is provided "as is," with all faults. ABO-Tribe makes no representations or warranties related to the uptime of in-service features or the accuracy of third-party bar information.

In no event shall ABO-Tribe, nor any of its officers or employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the app, whether such liability is under contract or otherwise.
